Mike Sossler mentioned the April 1 re-opening of the Farm Tools Exhibit at museum Village and offered it as one of the monthkly Arts/Ag events.
Steve Pennings offered his orchard as a place for a late April/early May Apple Blossom Festival

Although there will likely be no ice of any thickness on the lake at Arrow Park to harvest. I may bring blocks of ice down from Maine so that visitors to the Ice Harvest at Arrow Park can get the experience of cutting with an ice saw. I will be bringing a big sled down from Maine along with all kinds of tools, so it won't be a big deal to bring down some 24 inch thick crystal clear blocks of ice from Fields Pond ( a 56 acre pond ) in Orrington, ME where The Curran Homestead Living History Farm and Museum is located; they will do the ice harvest with me, as we have three years experience doing this together.
